Mitre Design Co. (MDC) is a one-man-band, it is not the day job. Although, one day it might be.

MDC operates outside of standard working hours. Email reading, pen wielding, idea scheming and tool using takes place in lunch-breaks, unsocial hours and weekends. 

Although MDC cannot take responsibility for situations outside of our control, we apologise for any delays in product shipment that may occur as a consequence of these. These situations include but are not limited to: failures in electric or telecommunication services; material shortages; labour disputes and governmental acts. In the event of these situations MDC will try its best to deal with customer orders and queries. 

Estimated delivery time is between 10 - 14 working days. However delivery time will vary depending on your location. MDC will aim to beat these delivery times where possible depending on location.
